Peach Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
1 8oz. tub of vegan cream cheese, room temperature
1 ripe peach, diced small
Bagels - plain or sweet style
Directions:
In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese and fruit with a spoon. Chill for about an hour. Spread on bagels. Feeds five hungry vegans.
Our five hungry selves would love this, as well.

ReplyDeleteI've seen a lot of people post recipes with peaches in them lately! I admire your forethought in canning them all! Sounds delicious. I remember once I had a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was a super fruity breakfast.

I would never have thought of using peaches in this way! It sounds delicious though, especially for breakfast. I kind of sometimes use bananas on toast with cream cheese. I'll try the peaches next time! :)

I've never thought to add peaches to vegan cream cheese - but it sounds so, so good!
ReplyDeleteExcellent idea. I love Tofutti Cream Cheese and I love Bagels. I've often thought of adding Sun-Dried Tomatoes to the Cream Cheese, but fresh fruit.
