As long as you don't eat the whole block in one big bite you'll be just fine. :-) I got real lucky with the garlic and had five huge cloves of it! You can serve this with any grain you like. We like to vary between brown rice, quinoa, millet and even pasta.

Rose, the only time I used to have long beans was in restaurants. Sometimes, I think, people think, "Oh, that's food for a restaurant, and then I have food for home." I'm trying to break free from that. Not that that's what yo're doing, just me.

Mille, Thank you. :-)

Thank you, Pet! :-)blessedmamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09281648597707759434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3561395185167982469.post-55892748138700062992010-11-01T03:38:18.648-07:002010-11-01T03:38:18.648-07:00It looks delicious. It looks delicious.Pethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07222147613908689019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3561395185167982469.post-62622638972951280012010-10-31T17:25:17.320-07:002010-10-31T17:25:17.320-07:00Nice meal, and it looks so delicious!!!!Nice meal, and it looks so delicious!!!!Milliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03791141541209894505noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3561395185167982469.post-52066037978103470482010-10-31T16:54:47.848-07:002010-10-31T16:54:47.848-07:00I agree, sticking to a few good ingredients allows...I agree, sticking to a few good ingredients allows you to enjoy the flavors of each and makes for a really delicious meal.
