When we talk about 'roast potatoes', which we have for Christmas dinner and a few other times (!), we mean boiled potatoes which we then (close your eyes, fat-free people!) (whispers...) deep fry! They are so good like that! Crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth inside. (But NOT low fat...)<br />We're fans of chilli sauce in this family.
